Information:

During the pressure unloading of Quicklime from a road tanker to an on-site silo, the flexible transfer hose detached from the camlock fitting. The hose under pressure, struck and knocked the operator to the ground. The operator was covered in Quicklime, resulting in severe burns to the eyes.
